Employing 310 people and boasting a turnover of 48 million euros, this company founded in 1951 by Félix Deroo, grandfather of the current CEO, is based in Wizernes, near Saint-Omer, in Pas-de-Calais.

Each year the Wizernes site recycles 160,000 tonnes of paper/cardboard. This acquisition also adds to the group's range of skills, as Deroo has a substantial transportation business, with 230 drivers working in the region and surrounding areas.

With four recycling factories, a model centre of expertise in Pont-Sainte-Maxence (Oise department), a non-hazardous waste storage installation in Bimont (Pas-de-Calais department) and six Coved Environnement sites, more than 1,000 people now work for the Paprec Group in the Hauts-de-France region, processing waste in accordance with circular economy principles and helping to create a greener planet.
